From You-Jitsu to Own. Move. Anchor.

This is the final You-Jitsu post. Not because Jiu-Jitsu is going anywhere for me, it’s still a constant, still part of how I train, think, and reset, but because what started here has outgrown the lane it was in.

You-Jitsu was built around breaking down positions, mindset, and how to survive and improve on the mats. Frames, breathing, staying calm under pressure, and showing up when you don’t feel like it. Over time, it became clear those lessons weren’t just about Jiu-Jitsu. They were showing up everywhere, in work, at home, in leadership, and in how you handle stress, setbacks, and responsibility.

That shift is what led to Own. Move. Anchor.

The Own. Move. Anchor. Switch

Own your mind, take responsibility, control what you can, and stay steady when things get loud. Move your body, train, recover, keep showing up, because movement is more than fitness; it’s how you process and stay ready. Anchor your spirit, find something deeper that keeps you grounded when things don’t go your way.

Same principles, just applied more broadly, more intentionally, and more in line with how I’m living now.

If you’ve been here from the start, I appreciate it. If something from You-Jitsu helped you, whether it was a small adjustment or a mindset shift, that continues, just under a different banner.

You can find everything at ownmoveanchor.com, along with the podcast, YouTube, and more content built around this mindset and lifestyle.

Breathe, frame, keep showing up, survive. Then take that with you off the mats.

Godspeed.
