Host of Own. Move. Anchor. | Three Pillars, One Powerful You.
Kevin Pannell is a U.S. Navy veteran and healthcare IT leader with over 25 years of experience in high-stakes environments where pressure is constant and outcomes are never theoretical. From serving as a Navy Hospital Corpsman in critical care to leading enterprise IT PMO programs and public safety response teams, Kevin has spent his career building the systems that leaders fall back on when life gets loud.
As the founder and host of the Own. Move. Anchor. platform, Kevin shares a simple, action-oriented system for midlife optimization. Built on the three essential pillars of mindset, movement, and spiritual grounding, his framework is designed for those who carry heavy responsibilities at work and home and need a sustainable way to remain steady, capable, and present.
When he isn’t leading project teams or recording for the podcast, Kevin is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt who uses the mats as a laboratory for testing the very principles of discipline and resilience he teaches.
